2012 Michael Feinstein Summer Tour
Nick Ziobro joins Michael Feinstein for Six-City Tour!
Nick Ziobro, winner of the 2012 Great American Songbook High School Vocal Academy and Competition, joined five-time Grammy Award nominee, world-renowned performer and recording artist, and co-founder of the Michael Feinstein Great American Songbook Initiative, Michael Feinstein, on a six week summer tour. This tour marked the beginning of a long friendship between the two of them, as the veteran performer took Nick under his wing.
As winner of the Vocal Competition, Ziobro earned the title of Great American Songbook Youth Ambassador. In this role, he would have opportunities throughout the year to perform and represent the Feinstein Initiative and the Great American Songbook. His first public performance was at the Great American Songbook Hall of Fame Inaugural Gala Ceremony where he shared the stage with Andrea McCardle, Lari White, Clay Aiken and Barry Manilow. Ziobro also had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at the September 23rd Indianapolis Colts game, and made his New York City Debut at Feinstein's at the Loews Regency Hotel.
